Delish Sugar Free Toffee Coffee Flavoured Instant Pudding

We all like a pudding to round off a nice meal.   Finding something that feels a little "naughty" but is also low sugar can be quite a challenge.  That is just when the Delish pudding comes into its own.   All you need is a quick whisk with some milk and you have a tasty pudding.    It will also be suitable for Vegans or those who are lactose intolerant if prepared with one of the non-dairy milk alternatives.
