07/11/2024 Royal Mail are taking  longer than normal to process mail. It's taking up to 2 days for the first scan to take place. This means that delivery could take an extra 2 days.

We are still processing orders daily and Royal Mail picks them up each weekday in the afternoon.  However, currently once Royal Mail has collected from us the initial processing is delayed at their hub.
