25/04/2020 We are working with Royal Mail to arrange Parcel collection from our premises. This should be in place sometime in May
In view of the COVID-19 situation I have decided that Sweetswithout will not be able to take any orders for the present.
This decision has not been taken lightly. As a Company we have always practised strict hygiene procedures to ensure our customers can have confidence in their purchases but now I also have to bear in mind the safety of my family. My parents, who are both over 80, live with me and I cannot put their health at risk. I am endangering their well being every time I take parcels to the Post Office
It has also become clear there are increasing absences due to sickness among the Royal Mail staff so it is important that they can concentrate on the delivery of prescriptions and other vital supplies .
You can rest assured that any orders already placed have been posted but it is likely that they will take longer to arrive because of the shortage of postal staff. So I would be grateful for your patience at this time.
