Diablo No Added Sugar Digestive Cookies

These cookies are deliciously crisp and slightly lighter than the traditional digestive biscuits. I tried one with my mid-morning coffee and it passed the "dunk" test with flying colours!

Wheat flour, whole wheat flour (27.6%), high oleic sunflower oil, sweeteners: maltitols, vegetable fibre, leavening agents: (sodium carbonates, diphosphates and ammonium carbonates), whey powder(milk), salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin and flavouring.
