UCL recommend a further reduction in the recommended intake of sugar
Researchers at University College London and the London School of Tropical Medicine have done research that shows reducing the sugar intake reduces dental decay. The recommendation is that no more than 3% of calories are obtained from sugar this is down from the 5% recommended by the World Health Organisation.
