How about a Sugar free New Year?
I hope you had a really fun Christmas and New Year.
At this time of year many of us think about making changes in our lives. One quite common resolution is to improve the diet. Perhaps we just want to lose wright after all the Christmas festivities or we may, for some reason, have decided to try and avoid certain food ingredients.
While looking through my previous blog posts I realise that there is a useful library of information that could help with your life style choices whether that is to be sugar free or go vegetarian. So to make things easy I have created a list of posts which cover different dietary and life style choices as well as the sugar free options.
